There is plenty black author, they always has been there, they just don't get pick as often by supporting structure or find investment. It's slowly changing because social media allow to reach mass people instantly. That's why there is so much friction with diversity, unheard voice are suddenly heard, people realize they aren't alone and share together their finding. Also a lot of creation are made in reaction from a pressure to stay low status by the infrastructure, they don't have that taste of being carefree triumphalism and tend to recall that status implicitly, nobody want to feel low status even if they cheer at attempts to break from the status, so there is an implicit interior shame, it does not come off as something that has a natural and intresec evidence and certainty of its value. That's why I found your work with the malaika princess anime so refreshing, it has that natural confidence, it's not trying to prove itself.
Yeah there is many others black artist and all I m getting a lot of black artist friend demands on my facebook these late days (no idea why ) and yeah it's true that we dont get as much chances as the others in mainstream stuff of course. There is also the fear of releasing something Blacks overthinks way too much or think the wrong way Instead of thinking for the future , we think for the Now , wich is sad. That's why the others do better , they think long time in the futureThat's why they flood the market of their products cause they think right. We, there is many random fear among usWe need to trust each other and wave each others to the topDoesnt matter if the product is flawed, putting something there is the most important thing ever , not putting masterpiece The fear of completion is real even if you gonna deny that , it's so huge , it's scary

Level up will be long I think going there I mean i will do it long or try
But every proper play is giving you an xp for example , all you have to do is to stay until you die (reloading before is not a good idea and it will prevent spammers and smart asses )
It will be long if you play it regular , like playing -> dying and submitting your score. There will be Bonus Actions to get masses bonus XP + in the game Like savings random birds in the screen or catching Butterflies (Items ) or surviving very long Saving a bird is to touch them , nothing else so a simple action Defeating a minibosse (complex action ) or winning some events (not sure about this for now )
So there will be secret moves , hard or easy to perform to get Mass bonuses raise.(those actions raises the score a bit too ) So players who look around , vary gameplay and tries many different stuff will be rewarded.
Now you say a good point for new players incoming I have to think about it

Well thanks for that answer And no , it's a single player , i'll try multiplayer one day maybe
And yeah you only fight an IA forever (i might have a story mode with an end maybe ) Point will be to defeat other people on the newgrounds rank online system by surviving the longest possible IA is invincible , point is to survive

I see sorry for lack of details i'm fixing that edit I didnt added that option yet but damnnn it looks pretty interesting Also, you might want to add a third option for "prestige" systems, where there is a max level but you can start over and keep track of how many times you've done so. They're an interesting in-between. Is it like a New game + ? I suppose the restart over number is infinite then ?

Hi all Long time i didnt posted on Tigsource very busy with a minigame i try to release this year In that minigame you' gonna have a leveling component element The game needs to be more detailled here so :
Minigame/infinite runner where accumulating experience unlocks stuff like double jump, better shoot, etc
So i'm asking people
Do you prefer :
1 Infinite MAX level (no end leveling )
2 Finite Max level (for exemple Star ocean max level is 255 )
And if you choose why ? So to know a bit the argument of any choice

Looks the exact same as the other "metroid" castlevanias to me. Graphics look bad tho.
Eh, there are good modern 2D 'Metroidvania' games even though the genre is saturated. Axiom Verge is a well executed take on the classic formula. Hollow Knight is a great game in general. Those are closer to Metroid than Castlevania though. Most of the complaints with Bloodstained in the posts above are fairly forgivable to me (more so if the game gets reasonably priced)
There are indie titles with 1/50th of the budget with higher production value (see above). It's more the 'you had 6 million to get this right' and it isn't turning out well. oh cool the double dozenth inferior sequel to the inferior horror movie themed 1997 clone of metroid minus the good art
Pretty much. If you compare axium verge with bloodstained , i understand you hate I mean bloodstained doesnt have guns

What's disappointing? The trailer looks good imo.
Number of dislikes , i hope more hahaha The crying of some is real (looks on some of the videos comments to get what i mean ) As a matter of facts i think some comments were deleted ? it's possible on youtube ? cause i was dead laughing earlier hahaha

I think a reasonable way to figure out profit sharing is to ask the contributors to count the time they spend working on the game, and in the end figure out a revenue split based on the ratio of time everyone spent on it.
Whats good about this, is that its flexible: a contributor that was planned not to be doing much work at first, but who ends up doing a lot more, wont need to "re-negotiate" the contract to get a fair share. Same thing for the other way around: if the team grows and some people end up with a lighter work load no re-negotiation should be needed. Things can change around fast over the course of a project, so a flexible deal like that is useful. The time keeping can be based on mutually-agreed upon time blocks per asset or groups of assets they make, to minimize the risk of a contributor inflating their recorded times to maximize their share etc, that might be a good idea if you are dealing with someone new.
One inconvenient part of this is that different people work at different speeds, and that kind of deal doesnt take the amount or quality or value of the work into account, only gives value to peoples' time, which is only "fair" if everyone working on the project is of roughly comparable experience. So yeah, not perfect, but I think its a good starting point.
* Nice one but if a artist in the group make the cover for 1 hour (for example) and that cover draw millions of players , you pay him shit ?

I spent the whole night basically and discovered my problem with flash games https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/648814396040416729/erλm there is a fuckin hero !!! I changed the power options to Normal (my laptop was on economic the whole time and i deleted all nvidia cause angry lol ) And since i have 50/60 fps locked  It changes everything , i'll continue tomorrow That explains a lot of things OMG (cause sometimes my play was 60 and then not , especially when Power electricity was low ) I can even launch two builds and have 60 fps on each O_O' I'll post some good updates the beta will be up and will be about the framerate you got So guys before put your laptop on Normal options or maximum power if you have bad fps with my minigame I'll go bed , i'm dead.
