Just lost a half hour of progress, be wary when saving + quitting.

Edit: Happened again, game needs a dedicated save function so I'm sure that it saves, or I can't play for now.

I've defeated the wizard! Now to find his wand.

There was a pile of rubble in the basement of the castle, so I had the bright idea to dynamite it.

It's a really good thing that space and time like me so much.

Apparently the Annoying Orange Show premieres tonight. I guess it's time to stop watching Cartoon Network. God knows they're going to advertise the hell out of the show to the point where you can't escape it. It's already that way and the show hasn't even aired yet.

Ugh, I know. They even snuck him into a Regular Show commercial to make fun of the characters. Thank goodness for DVR.

Two hours opened up for me to play Dragon's Dogma. Then, construction crew in town knocked out a power line.

Estimated time to repair? Two hours  Angry

Hahaha, what? I've gotten one of the endings already, but never saw a way to customize my character like that. Afro Quickman with a hawk on his head?

Game Boy puzzle game where you play as a tomato with a mohawk and sunglasses. I guess it was sort of like Sokoban, but more about maneuvering yourself through the level.

Shiren Wii is a travesty. You're always controlling a party of 3 characters, and you keep your experience levels when you die, making it not a roguelike at all.

Brogue is currently my favorite, and the controls may be the simplest I've seen without sacrificing too much of the complexity roguelikes are known for

Me and a couple of friends, to celebrate the release of D3, will be having our own D2 LAN party tonight.

I have never beaten Final Fantasy 6....

I should probably get right on that.

I suggest you give Traveller a look. There's a buttload of subsystems and mini games, something in there has to be useful.

Someone who I thought was my friend for the last eight years or so tried to extort money from me for a bicycle repair.

Basically, on Cinco de Mayo, someone left his bike at my house, so I took it on a thirty second ride to the house my friends were at, noting that the tires felt a little flat.

Next day he tells me that the tire is off the rim, and since I may or may not have been the last person to use it, that I have an obligation to pay for a shop to repair it, since he apparently couldn't afford it. He took a shot at my less than difficult lifestyle, the most disrespectful thing anyone has ever said to me.

Geez, just buy a new tube and fix it yourself. I would've helped if that was the case, but I think he's just phishing for cigarette money or something. Scumbag.

Playing through Warioland 3 for the first time. Only had one more power upgrade to find, but booted the game up today to find that I've somehow lost a few levels of progress. Can't figure out how that happened in a game that automatically saves after every level  Angry

Bought Dustforce because it was on sale. Too bad the video issues I'm having is making it unplayable. It seems any video game I try to play lately just shits on me.

If Nintendo didn't want to certify it, it sounds to me like Nicalis didn't do anything to inform Nigoro of the problem. If I ever run into Tyrone Rodriguez, I'm going to punch him in the mouth.

It is one of Japan's conditions for letting their games release outside of their country. We can play their games, but we don't get to have the cool cover art. It is forbidden.

At the very least, the main character must be given angry eyebrows.

I really suck at shmups, so it will take me practicing all month just to get past level four or so.

Not that I care. This game has so much style that I'll enjoy every moment of it. Still stuck on level two, but three is the farthest I've gotten, so I should get through two tonight at least. I should probably waste my saves just to practice the first few levels.

Avernum doesn't have any premade characters; you make a party at the start and then stick with them. It's also much more open and much longer; there's also multiple ways to win the game. Better than Avadon in basically every way.

Thanks, I knew Avernum was better overall thanks to the demos, I just needed a push.
