Wow.  Never thought I'd actually see someone argue against the idea of striving for improvement in your art outside of deviantart, least of all on these forums.  (Even if it is just the one guy.)

I'm not sure I'd trust someone with bladder control issues to save the world or... whatever it is that Puzzdog intends to do.  I must do more research into the PUZZDOG MYTHOS!
