Thanks for finishing this up Fireshaw you did a great job of running it!  Beer!
Thank you, Sir.

In regards to the order, tumblr seems to hate me.  In the dashboard all the posts are properly ordered, but clearly this is not the case.  Can anyone help me with this?  I changed the time stamp, which seems to have worked, but only in this case.  When I attempted to add the alternate ending page, it refused to go at the end Evil

For those of you who are interested, this is the hastily made alternate ending page by a hobo:

It has been brought to my attention that some of the pages are out of order  Facepalm  Unless someone can tell me how to reorder the tumblr posts, I will have to reupload the images when I get home.  Sorry for the inconveniece; I don't know how this even happened.

Should just substitute anachronistic political cartoons for whatever pages don't get finished.

While I don't disagree, I have seen the preliminary sketch of the final page.  I am patiently awaiting the shading and lettering.

So it does the rest of us no good?
 Waaagh!
All doors will be customized to each individual player for a unique entryway experience.

does the door open and close repeatedly or just when you go near like landshark suggested?
Only when Landshark goes near.

But I guess it's more of a tech demo then anything else!
Yeah, there isn't much to it, but we wanted to get some early feedback and give everyone a teaser demo of sorts.  We knew that the walls and controls were potential problems, but since PleasingFungus was unable to continue with the project, we had to release the demo as is.

have the door open slightly when go near it.
I really like this idea.

Thank you all for the feedback; it's much appreciated.

What was the original expected-to-be-done-by date for this year's Comicompo, anyhow? It'd explain Renton's apparent disappearance.
There was no expected due date, but nine months (36 entrants multiplied by (5 days working time + 2 days transition time)) would be a fair expectation if you don't budget for dropouts.

There was a bit of a turn confusion around February that was compounded by Renton inexplicably insisting that he would not run the whole thing through Dropbox.  A couple months later I ended up taking the wheel, but upon using up every last volunteer, I had little choice regarding late pages--hence Ant taking an entire month.

As a hopefully final update, that hobo should be done with his page soon.

If you can count, you're in.
While this is absolutely true, the final artist is arting at this very moment.

I'm choosing to PM them instead since maybe some of them might contain spoilers?
ElTipejoLoco has come up with a great title.

I drew the cover art and sent it to Fireshaw so he could look at it, but I'm not sure what the credits should say at the mo', so it's technically not a cover yet.
Many thanks for the timely completion of the cover.  I think that there are too many artists and authors to fit on the cover; they should probably be listed on a second page.  As for the title, let us collaborate.

Do we want a simple title ("Comicompo 4") or a one with a subtitle ("Comicompo 4: The Zimbarese Invasion")?  If we want the subtitle, please post your suggestions.
