Crimson Shroud is pretty cool and Liberation Maiden is pretty fun. Both are sort of weird experiments that work in some respects and not in others but are both well worth trying. As far as I've heard Aero Porter is basically a minigame.

Mediawiki is pretty much the standard but takes some setup. If you don't need all the wiki stuff and just want linked pages, you could also look into CMSs.

My uncle just died, at 57. Very abruptly. I'm not really sad. Just kind of off-balance. Head's fuzzy. Suddently acutely aware of how old my parents are. So it goes.

UPDATED TO v1.1- idle to kill time increased 1.5x
- camera can now be forced from slightly lower to ease hitting your head on things as they come on-screen
- hitboxes tweaked for edge-hanging
- SPACE is now also jump, ENTER is now asplode
- Splash no longer autoplays, is faster to respond
Feedback has been generally positive but somewhat dismissive. Some people love the controls, some hate them. Some people get the challenge, some don't like endless climbing. It's been very cool to see clear feedback once I finally started getting some.

Yeah, that's what I mean I think. Basically, I'm concerned with losing all purchases if my hardware crapped out or whatever. Maybe that issue's addressed somewhere though I dunno.
You can't play the games anyway if the hardware craps out. And you can actually get old dead systems dumped to new ones through Nintendo, I've had a couple of friends do it.

Man, honestly, I'd be buying more on the eShop, but I've heard purchases are tied to the hardware, and not an account, so screw that.
Your account is the hardware, until they get the 3DS/WiiU account linking going later this year.

I think they're trying to hurry the end of retail.
Games launch at midnight digitally now. No more used, no more rentals, no more lending. Normalizing the ideas of smaller fees for everything. Publishers and console company can together control pricing, content distribution, and cut overhead all at once.

The 'pre-owned games fee' is a kick in the head for consumers but it's a masterstroke at kneecapping game retailers.
No one is going to pay partial price for a used game in the store and then pay full digital price again to activate. If the pre-owned fee is high, people will just trade games around to each other to activate, subverting used game sales, or just buy the digital versions in the first place, skipping the retail store entirely. If the pre-owned fee is low, used retailers will have to charge tiny prices for used games to sell any cause otherwise people will just trade them even more.

Xbox One is the worst fucking title.
Worse than Wii or Wii U? Seriously? Yes. Those are at least new. And from a non-English-speaking country. OT: This was insulting and really kinda sad

Unity Free now free for mobile.
I think it's probably that they realized that someone who isn't invested enough to get Unity Pro won't pay several hundred for Unity Free mobile

THIS IS COMING OUT TOMORROW
It'll be everywhere and anywhere. If you have suggestions for where it can go, let me know.
I tried to make a trailer, but it turns out Camtasia actually cannot handle a 30-second video without corrupting its own recording files, so hahaha damn

I'd rather the locations flow together well and be consistently styled and have a logical progression (which they do) than have battlements be facing the 'right' way
It's also a crumbling horrible place of the increasingly damned so maybe that's supposed to come across in the architecture

Here's one. Started last night and then fell asleep. Want to watch it with a coffee and not a drink in hand this weekend. Beyond the Black Rainbow. As I watched it and had just been playing FarCry Blood Dragon, I was trying to imagine building all the scenes as if they were images I was loading in and moving around. I can say much about the story, but visually it was pretty cool. Lots to take away and play with.
BtBR is like someone gave a music video director three hours and all the hard plastic he could play with. It's flawed and slow as hell but I love how it builds and relieves tension.
