Also I guess this should be obvious, but if there's still a Guardian Angel out there they'd darn well better be covering Annabelle tonight.
Shinygerbil did seem a bit suspicious as well, but I haven't had time to reread enough to see if there's really anything notable singling him out, or if he's just acting weird.

And now I am at an even more confusing decision. With suspicion coming from many angles, I shall choose joshg. He hasn't posted too much, though he does seem set on accusing cyber95, and drawing attention from others - one a proven wolf.
Wait, did I miss something? Who is a proven wolf (and if there is one, why are you voting for me instead of him/her)? But wait, Gainsworth! Didn't you accuse cyber95 on day one? Yes I did. And I probably would again, if not for one thing. The very first actual vote for Terry was from cyber95! This, combined with Annabelle's suggestion, could easily lead to a bandwagon. And that seems kind of crazy, especially for someone under no real suspicion. So, maybe cyber is ok.
cyber95 was the first to vote for Terry on Day Two, but that's *after* the massive showdown of votes on Day One when a ton of other people were already voting vs Terry. I'll admit that's a point in cyber95's favor, and I had missed that. But it's not nearly as compelling as you make it sound - Terry was already in huge danger at that point and voting on Day Two could be a ruse to make himself look good. But it's very possible that Zaphos was just stirring up trouble and not particularly defending cyber95. I'm totally up for switching my vote to someone else if they can actually explain the evidence against a more likely suspect. At least I'm trying to reason through the actual evidence here, people. I mean, I just pointed out a post where Zaphos (a known wolf) was the first one to vote for me - so by your own logic you used to support cyber95, I should be off the hook as well. And yet you then go ahead and start up a voting rally against me?

Ok, doing a bit of review here and I think I'm seeing something. Starting with my stirring-up-trouble vote in the first day: cyber95 for late bandwagon-jumping, a tried-and-true wolfish tactic.
Then Zaphos (who we now know to have been a werewolf) responded: But now that Xion has responded quite well, I'm not so sure anymore -- I suppose none of these arguments are actually compelling. In fact, joshg's argument is so far from compelling that I can't help but find it intentionally disingenuous. How is the second vote for a person a 'late bandwagon vote'? Can you really jump on a bandwagon of ... one?
Why would a werewolf jump to the defense of an innocent in this situation, so early in the game? This makes me highly suspicious of cyber95.

That was some massive drama points for everyone involved. Friggin' awesome plot twist! :D Voting for GeneralValter doesn't make a lot of sense, since he was pushing for lynching Terry for quite a while (possibly that was a deception, but, meh). No vote from me yet though, I need to re-read this again later and sort things out.

Yeah, I guess that might have been a bit too early to call it late. I was also sort of pairing it up with the fact that cyber95 hadn't said anything else up to that point, and often wolves want to keep quiet.
But, I dunno. Mostly I'm just trying to stir things up a bit so that we can extract more information in round 2.

It almost had me interested, and then a bar came out of nowhere from the side and totally ruined my awesome rave. Now what the heck am I supposed to do with this 12 pack of glowsticks?

I'd consider buying it if I'm going to get the same amount taken off of the full game later. I haven't seen evidence of that yet though. (I'd be glad to be corrected.)
It's working for me now after reinstalling it, no idea why it didn't work before, but I'm not complaining.

I've written over-analyzing game critique before. Heck, it was even about Portal.
You know, there was some element of trying to prove that I know how to do this media analysis crap, sure. I mean, at the time I was still wishing I could get into a Game Studies academic lifestyle, pick up a post-grad degree and go write papers overanalyzing my time spent playing games. Heck, it still sounds pretty good.
But mostly I just loved the game and got seriously into it and just had to get these thoughts out of my head and written down. Plus, the game was so well-crafted that I seriously believe that the design team were capable of sneaking in subtle messages through stuff like character design and off-hand one-liners.
I mean, if I were them, I'd totally do it just to mess with all your heads.

I downloaded this. Then it told me a required security module couldn't load and it failed. Then I noticed I had left Process Explorer open. SecuROM = lamecore. So I close PE and start it up again. Okay, good, a startup screen. ... What's this? My desktop again, oh that's nice. It crashed. Let's try again. Opening screen ... crash. Bloody hell.

FPS games have fake guns modeled after real guns. Dollhouse games now have fake furniture modeled after real furniture. The only difference is that EA hasn't yet figured out how to get Kalashnikov to pay them every time they include an AK-47 in a Medal of Honor sequel.

How about a race of Mimigas? I will also be creating a race of Longcats as soon as I get my grubby hands on the creator.
YES. Also, wow, talk about maximizing revenue streams. Not only are they selling the creature editor ahead of time for extra bucks, they're marketing custom merch with your own creature on it. Which, okay, yay personalized junk, but I could make that myself by sending a .jpg to Cafepress. I am completely in love with this game, but there's no way in heck I'm paying for the creature editor now just to pay for the same functionality again later when the game comes out. I don't know why they didn't just make it 100% Free like they did with The Sims toolset. Edit: Wait, I do know why - shareholders. Never mind.
