I think it would benefit you to display what you bring to the table as opposed to just saying what you need.  Some videos or gifs or screenshots of things you've worked on in the past to show that you have merit, given the thousands of rev share projects similar to this that fell apart and wasted everyone's time.

The general vibe makes me think of an RPG that released either last year or the year before?  Damn I hate myself for not being able to remember it.  Looks really nice so far though.

I'm really liking the look of this so far! One thing though, the heads and torsos staying completely static during most of the animations does make them come across as very stiff. Is this something you already intended to address?

...... I freaking love all of that. <'3 I feel like it's weird how her momentum drops so quickly after the ring stops taking effect, though. Might be a balancing act between having the curve look nice when the ring stops mattering vs not making her feel weird and floaty, if that makes any sense?
