How lightweight is Skype compared to wlm/msn?

Steam and WLM.

But man am I getting tired of WLM's memory hogging on my laptop. Skype sounds like what all the cool kids are using, so I might get into that.

Presumably 90's game. I played it on Windows. Two cars/things racing. Multiplayer. One car was red, the other was blue. The player/s could shoot at eachother. In some cases there was a large turret thing on the track that would occasionally shoot at the players.

Unless you press start+select when starting the DS game the 3DS will play the DS game at DS resolution.
