People, if you are thinking to work in the healthcare field, please don't do this. Or at least, be stone cold. Never bond. Never.

OTHER CONCEPT ART "I've always searched for a lot of difficult things, only to realize that I didn't feel good"- Nicholas I'm hating myself, but I was too tired to put my hands in the code, also I have to conceptualize a decent AI, that makes the game progressively more difficult, and that makes the enemies move in a smooth way.

This will be probably Trevor's shop. A place that exchanges clovers for materials or stuff... Materials will probably needed in order to acquire some special skills or cards (there was a cool idea: creating the player's "own card", like magic the gathering)

Trevor - I dunno what NPC. Maybe a musical-related one, living in the island to the north. I had to see your photos on your website to have a general idea of how to work and I'm relieved I'm not the only one who shaves his head.

Well then. A random NPC (probably a trading cards seller or a monk on a mountain) will be named Trevor, if it isn't of any nuisance for you. Also I like the name trevor (also if you like any animal - vertebrate - in particular, let me know, lol). This is a mockup for any non-dungeon merchant. This one in particular, will sell poster (single use stuff that, I hope, will morph you into something, or at least boost your stats). There are several references in this one, most of them are ungraspable for a non-italian person, since this NPC is based on Niccolò Contessa, an indie singer for the project "I cani" (literally: "The Dogs").

My god, I hope not. In italy there isn't even a nuclear power plant (but still there are different biogical hazards). I don't think in THAT place there is such a hazard by the way, it is near the city center and it is considered like an art city or something. Nice scouting work tho :D , kudos! Anyway, it won't be setted in syracuse. The place will be the land around the fictional city of Indienapolis (corresponding to the island of Ortygia). I only thought it was cool to build the layout of a place on the one of a city I like. I thought of Prague or my city, but Prague is only crossed by a river, without too much water, and my own city...I dunno, lol, maybe for a sequel (jk). I wanted a small city with a island, I thought of Manhattan but It was kinda...already used. Anyway Trevor is a cool name.

How the hell did you find out that it was syracuse? Also, "Scoglio dei Cani" literally means "Dogs' cliff", that's really influent.

I'm working on the AI right now, trying different strategies to make everything at least a bit fluid...and I'm pretty much in need. It's pretty difficult, I have to admit, and I think I have to make everything more simple (i'm trying to make every enemy escape when I shoot and assault the player in the other moments...but it's messy right now). I think I have to play LoZ for Game Boy or ALTTP for a while . But, at least, I have something to show: This will be the world map. If you luckly find the city layout I used to build the map, I think I'll give your first name to an NPC. It's an actual city .

Yeah, I guess they did get a fair amount of critical acclaim and are recognized in the community, just never reached wider adoption.
Which I think a lot of people use to classify games/media as "underrated". What does underrated and overrated even mean? Thats the real question here. Is Zelda actually good? Is life really worth living? Was it worth it to cheat on my girlfriend? These are answers that nobody has. 1) I don't know 2) Shinji said yes, but I say no 3) Which cheat did you use?

FINAL IMPACT
A 2-player minimalist fighting game with 7 playable characters (one secret), that all have their own special-snowflake method of charging a super meter; such as mashing one button, alternating two of them, 360s with the joystick, holding down as many buttons as you can until it's full then releasing them; and then you pound your "Super Attack" button as soon as you can to finish them off.
Hidden character is "the Zen Master," whose meter charges slowly by itself - but here's the twist - she can use the *opponent's* meter to execute her move instead! So whichever meter builds up first, you can win by simply being the first to hit attack when it happens.
...now, we could do some "depth" by having one finishing blow cause a dizzy stun that you have to mash out of too; and have it be two super moves to win. But that's just unnecessary work, isn't it?
damn i was expecting a NGE spoof

did it steal characters from real old cartoons or do they all just look 90 % like those characters
i feel like ive seen every face in here before
i guess its the faces they stole and the bodies they kinda modified???
That's just kind of how faces were drawn in a lot of 30s cartoons. Disney, Warner, Fleischer, the list goes on... It was pretty common to have huge eyes with little Pacman-shaped pupils. no why are you proving her wrong when all the games she doesn't like are unoriginal and meaningless

Wait how can a legend also be a secret? An oxymoron (plural oxymora or oxymorons) is a figure of speech that juxtaposes elements that appear to be contradictory. from wikipedia.
