The graphics looks stunning and I wish to see more of this - but this gameplay (if it was a gameplay) was flat and not scary at all. Please do not make a game that triggers action after reading a notecard..

Oh, thank you Smiley Well, we are currently trying out random events and how we can implement this in the game. I think that the end result will be slightly better.

This looks interesting, keep it up.
How early in the process are you? Do you have a story thought out and game mechanics figured out or are you mainly experimenting?

Thank you! Smiley

Well, we are pretty early in development. That is a hard question, since the story is based on small subelements. Like hints the player finds out about to come to some conclusion or general idea of the story. It is very vague and is currently being reviewed and discussed internally in the team.

The current game mechanics are very simple, but will also evolve into more advanced and convenient mechanics. We have set up a certain level just for these experimenting purposes, since it will be nothing we can escape during the process of development.

To me it sounds like being a director, kind of. Maybe upon writing a script you can do so to have a linear storyline, believable scenario that can happen in your life. Or maybe you do not want that. Also, you can focus on a lot of subelements. For a more diffuse storyline, seen a lot lately, you can give the player small hints to puzzle together a story themselves. Basing alot on the player him/herself.

As a good practice, try to write different scenarios on paper and pick one. When that is done, try to divide that scenario up and polish the little details.

But I can't say I am good at stories myself. Logically though, that could be good practice.

omg, when the video first started, i thought it was real life for a few seconds  Shocked
your 3D is so realistic
in what direction is this supposed to go ? something like a point and click ?

Thanks! Well, I am not sure yet. Not really point and click. I am kind of thinking more about stealth elements. Less weapons. I will have to experiment around with that so I understand what the best approach is.

Hey guys!

New game footage as of 2015.09.21:

I expect this to be a free game. It is my hobby project and will be developed and released as one. I do not intend to start any Kickstarter campaign for this. Also, I believe peoples experience with playing a game that I want to help making a good one should do so. Smiley
