I have no dreams, I have goals. Dreams - often does not come into reality, Goals - With really hard work almost always achievable. As for question my goal is to make good known quality games that a lot of people know about them, mostly my games will be free or sometimes cheap but, never expensive and accesible to everyones pocket.

60k I think its little bit too much , hell even 10k is perfectly enough to make a good game, When I watched your trailer I remember one simmilar game which was on Java mobiles long ago , it was some kind of TNA Game google it, they used ring in that one and moves was charging up for a time, it was RPG Wrestling game, I loved it, Maybe to make it more (a Wrestling game) , you could add ring instead of parking lot,

 Light vs Dark will be Strategy/Sim/Tower Defence type game with mature content like blood,alchohol use, Drugs use etc. I will keep you updated with progress.

Best thing for that is fiver or other freelancing sites , it could get a lot of cheeper because of competition, some new up and coming artist doing it cheap because of competitivnes

Exactly, Im creating platformer(With some additions), than I will make RPG With same characters, and than TGC also with same characters, Of course if no one likes my platformer than I will scrap characters off from upcoming games.

When you import new textures their filtering setting is set to bilinear/trilinear, to avoid the textures from getting blurry when you scale them up, set the filtering option to nearest-neighbor.
As for best resolution, it depends on the size of the sprites and what game it is.
