I'm new to game publishing, I'm wondering what Steam offers developers to reach out to their community.

Say I want to send my users a survey, can I do that through tools offered by steam, or will I have to do that another way?

Also, what kind of metrics can I track through Steam?

I'm sure this is on the Steam website somewhere, but I couldn't find it
