Player / Games / Re: What makes you decide a new game is worth your time?

A game is worth my time if it does anything new.
Can have crap graphics and horrid UI so long as it has a new mechanic or (rare) plot device, or etc. "new" thing to contribute.
I'll play a crappy rehash of a stale genre if the game has a new rendering method. Might not complete it, but I'll play.
YMMV: New to me may not be new to you. Old things can become new again given enough time.

Just remanifesting. I am unsure what will come of this time.
How can my self be introduced having dropped the per-sun mask of person? (person - Middle English: from Old French persone, from Latin persona `actor's mask, character in a play`). A person is just a per-sun mask one don's (dawns) each day. That's not a true self and is certainly not worthy of introduction.
Never liked those "person" things much, but I can see how they might be necessary to some.
I get the sense that few if any read these posts anyway, so there's that. And here is this.
