hi im looking to make a 2D anime/ninja inspired game, im the artist for the project and 75% of the art is complete. i need a programmer who can program the project in Vylocity at a high level will pay well or we can negotiate payment. im open to using other engines but i need the project to be of a high quality with minimal bugs.
