-isometric characters with changeable clothes/hair
-10-20 different types of clothes
-5-8 different types of hair

-isometric tiles for indoors and outdoors
-4-8 isometric walls, etc
-10-20 isometric decorations, etc

You might want to take a look at this sprite library of mine.
http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=9725.0

It's licensed under a free for non-commercial use but if you need it for business use I'm not greedy concerning possible royalties. Might work as placeholder graphics on your project, maybe?

Unfortunately I'm not willing to make changes to the library or to produce more graphics as I'm quite busy with game development myself.

TIGS ain't the most work-oriented place, you'd probably get more bites on Pixelation's job offers forum Gentleman They also have subforum for portfolios, complete with contact information.
I believe Pixeljoint also has a place to post job offers, but I'd generally expect lower quality work from the inhabitants of that land.
