Nuke russia! Basicly a defcon ripoff made in one day for a 64digits compo. It has cool sounds and graphics, and boring gameplay!

Correct! The comments are great too. I think you really captured the vibe.

You might want to mention in the docs (or in game) that the player can only place silos in the americas. It took me a while to figure that out.
