glee is kokoromi's first game.
kokoromi is phil fish, heather kelley and damien di fede.
glee was designed and built for GAMMA 01 which was a kind of big dance party/game jam/social even organised for the montreal international game summit.

all the games presented at GAMMA had to use the live musical imput from the DJs and band present at the event to generate gameplay and visuals.
the game also had to be short, simple and pick up and play because people were going to be drunk.

we'll be at GDC for the experimental gameplay workshop to talk about the whole thing.

The fact that you had this to be based on the music being played at the event is awesome, and the fact it had to be short and simple is very evident once you've played a round or two. It is a bit button-mashy (click-mashy?) but it's fun.

Any plans to make a more 'sophisticated' version persay? It's a great concept with loads of potential...
