Element is being created with Game Maker, all sprites have been made using Paint.NET. I've been with this project on and off since 2007, and I've started over from scratch twice. The development team consists of me, and some buddies of mine, both IRL and over the internet. I'm pretty sure it qualifies as an indie game, since it doesn't generate any sort of income. Anyhow, about the game. You start off as a little white blob in the middle of nowhere, with no back story or predefined purpose. As you level up, your character will grow, and the form it takes is based on your own preferences and choices. There is no central storyline, but there will be several subplots for the player to follow.

While this is designed as an MMORPG, we have no permanent server. Players can host their own servers. Think private servers, but you can't edit the exp rate or anything like that. The game can also be played offline using single play.

You will need an account on Reflect Games to play, you can register for one here: http://www.reflectgames.com/register.php

Forward TCP port 15777 to host.

Man, this game looks so delicious and I want to play it, but then the whole "signing up" thing is like a counter-weight. I'm going to have to hum this over.

It looks quite amazing graphically, though. Especially for Game Maker. So smooth and silky feeling.

Keep up the good work!  Smiley Hand Thumbs Up Right
