Team name:
boredom's products

Project name:

Extreme Hugtime Simulation Challenge

Brief description:
EHSC is a puzzle game that has been in production since April 2009. A parody of Japanese game shows that will appeal to women casual gamers with its cute art style and silly humor, EHSC puts the player in the role of a contestant starring in an over-the-top competition in the style of Unbeatable Banzuke.

Target aim:
Retail, Xbox Live Arcade.

Compensation:
$50

Technology:
Programming- XNA
3D Art- All meshes must be in .FBX format, and all textures must be in .TGA format. This will allow multiple modelers to work in their respective preferred programs.

Talent needed:
Environmental concept artist who can design a Japanese game show stage using Japanese pop-art tropes and exaggerated cultural stereotypes. A 3D prototype and some basic concept art is already complete, so the architecture has already been designed. We simply need someone who can create 3-5 pieces that give the stage a "spark of life."

Team structure:
Brandon Higley - Producer, Sound Designer.
Matthew Higley - Lead Designer, 2D Artist, Writer.
Jeff Brizzolara - Programmer.
Sarah Ellen Cheney - 2D Artist.
Christopher Wood - Character Modeler.

Contacts:
[email protected]

Previous Work by Team:
(Inexhaustive)
Brandon Higley - The Hacker and the Heroine, "Project Genesis" and "Tadpole Wars" at Creakos.
Matthew Higley - (Now-defunct) Koru Entertainment, for "Type 3".
Jeff Brizzolara - The Hacker and the Heroine, and is currently a software designer at TechKnowHow.
Sarah Cheney - No game industry experience, but her work can be seen at her website here.
Christopher Wood - Unannounced title for Gearbox Software.

Additional Info:
Any interested artists can contact me. I can supply more example art from other sources in addition to the concept art already completed for other areas of the game.
