Funnily I think that game that would benefit the most of stereo3D are 2D games, also they can use dual sprite editing to make sprite have depth.

Agreed, it's sad that not a lot of 2D games are showing up on 3DS. I can only imagine how Rayman Origins will look on 3DS, though

Why facepalm?
It's not even the real OoT 3DS. It's all painted on. They have been 3D in japan for quite awhile now, I can guarantee you.

Why facepalm?
Becuase it looks awful. And to be honest, I'm not a big fan of the real Zelda edition 3DS.

Well, to me it looks ok as a self-made customization. At least most of the ornaments don't look messy and are recognizable But I partially agree, I wouldn't make it that way but instead use whole different toolset

Personally, I'd never do that to my 3DS. It's such a good looking handheld that I don't want to mess with it. But I have never customized any console/handheld I've owned, so yeah. Well, my NES had two stickers, but I was like 6 back then

Mario Kart track list spoilers:
Was initially a bit disappointed at hearing there's a track on Wuhu island (from Wii Sports Resort etc). But then I remembered I like the island, it's very idyllic and I really enjoyed the plane flying game in Resort.
Then I read there's actually two tracks set on the island.. that's a bit much. But hopefully the overall quality of the game should make up for it. Most of the other tracks sound great too based on the names.
Some people are quite hyped about the SNES Rainbow Road being the final classic track. I on the other hand can muster absolutely no enthusiasm for it. I could also do with fewer N64 tracks. But, maybe they've been given a decent overhaul.

Is there any screen shots of the MK7 SNES Rainbow Road? I hope they made it look nicer than the SNES one, the rainbow road in MKWii was done pretty well.

I went and got the Limited Edition Zelda 3DS on Black Friday at Best Buy. However, it is my Christmas gift from my parents, so I cannot use it until then.
Disappoint.

Is anyone getting Mario Kart? It's going to be awesome. MK games are like crack to me That's why I need to 100% 3D Land and Mass Attack before it comes out.

http://www.zeldainformer.com/2011/11/skyward-sword-and-super-mario-3d-land-are-the-fastest-selling-games-of-their-franchises.htmlNintendo 3DS is not dead, apparently mario 3D was a super mushroom and is also the fastest selling mario to date What this has been able to do is drive our Nintendo 3DS business in only eight months to surpass the full first year volume of the original DS and we still have the bulk of the holiday to go, and we still have the launch of Mario Kart 7 (out Sunday, Dec. 4) to continue driving our full-year sales on Nintendo 3DS. But this is marketing talk, the ds was not supposed to be a big seller, just a side step to tap a new market as they had idea to continue the game boy along it. It had a slow start and pick up when people start liking it because it did new thing, and they forget the gameboy all together. I would like to know how it fare next to ds lite and XL who had faster start

I don't buy the "DS is a third pillar" thing, it was obviously a safety net in case the DS flopped. It had a GBA port, it was definitely the next Nintendo handheld. And doing better than the DS before holidays, and without a killer app for most of the year it's pretty decent. 3DS is doing fine and it will do better with Mario, Mario Kart, Pokémon, Dragon Quest and Monster Hunter.

I was dead set on buying it, but now I'm not too sure It's apparently very repetitive and overall just not too good. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to it along with Shinobi (which is apparently mediocre, as expected) and Harvest Moon: ToTT (which is glitched as hell and freezes like there's no tomorrow, while Natsume says "yeah, we're looking into it"). Sucks because Harvet Moon was released simultaneously on DS and 3DS, and both versions are pretty much the same, yet the 3DS one is broken.
