So, apparently the US government is asking Microsoft to make a "debt-reducing videogame," whatever the hell that means.

However, I think TIGsource can do a much better job than that stodgy old Steven Ballmer. So I would like to propose the Unofficial Debt-Reducing Game Competition. Anyone up for it?

The game is meant to be played personally by President Obama, who won't stop until he gets the WORLDWIDE HIGH SCORE.

Dudes, don't be so hard on the idea.  Balancing a budget and reducing debt is a really complicated challenge that requires everyone involved to be onboard to get anything done.  And the only medium of which I'm aware that's good at communicating challenges is games.

Having said that, I agree with Dragonmaw: Microsoft?!  What do they know about reducing debt?  We should have a go at it.  Where by "we", of course, I mean everybody else; I don't have the time right now Sad.
