hey all. here's a project i've been working on this week. it's a simple 3d editor for taking small 3d models and attaching them to a skeletal structure to make robot models.

this will be used for a racing game called Zero GTR ive been working on.  i'm also considering making another Prompt Critical game using this editor to make more complex models that break apart like in the original game.

Prompt Critical

questions/comments/criticism welcome  Gentleman

UPDATE 06/07/2010 :: Beta available for download, officially named RoboSculpt now.
UPDATE 06/16/2010 :: v0.2:

Fixed left click bug on widgets and the component list.
Pasting a new component now auto selects the pasted component.

haha. thanks guys.  Beer! well, in order to get the racing game done in the next couple months i've opted to drop the biped robot mode in favor of a tank mode, this way the racers can switch between tank and jet mode. more on this to come XD

i still need to clean up some of the modeling widgets in this editor before i post a download, but that should be here within a few days.

well, i got the widgets revamped so they work much much nicer, and got save and load put in. just need to put in some interface buttons and make save and load actually have a gui interface instead of hotkeys. but it's definitely shaping up.

added in a menu that slides out of the right side of the screen. this will be the main navigation for options, plus lists all the keyboard shortcuts

still trying to fix some camera and selection/picking issues right now.

hah. thanks. it's not that advanced of an editor to rock the industry. it's more of an aid for my game programming and anyone else who wants to play with it.  i'll have a beta download here really soon.

Edit: New Screen
