Hey I love this idea, looks hard to implement though! I don't know if you're English, but if you are would you consider Manic Miner / Jet Set Willy?

Woo! More ideas! Some of these suggestions would be much fun, but I'm kinda restricted to stuff that fits these requirements: * Coin-Op Arcade games only ('though I did make some Nintendo exceptions) * Arrow keys and fire button control only * Player character must have some kind of attack * Enemy characters should move or attack the player (though I did add some Breakout tiles, just for fun ) Otherwise we'd totally be playing Speedball 2: Guybrush Damacy.

Donkey Kong, like I said. It has mario, it was originally for arcades, he can get a hammer, and if not that, he could jump on his enemies. Donkey Kong the enemy for the hell of it

I've already got a Super Mario Bros type Mario, but yeah a DK rolling barrels down the level would be pretty sweet. Tonight's the last night I'm going to spend on adding games, after which I need to spend some time on the metagame etc. Hopefully I'll "finish" early enough to jam in some more content

*_* I LOVE IT! E.T...Brilliat. How about some Pac-man or some simplified version of X-Com(An RTS). Some sort of sniper game would be fun.
X-Com is not an rts! i think would be hard to blend a turn based game on that stuff, i like also the fact that he's using only arcades

Aww, but I wanna play Speedball 2: Guybrush Damacy! Seriously though, what about Street Fighter II? Too new-school?

This is sounding and looking cool. I'm interested in seeing how the gameplay works out. Good luck!

Actually, instead of SFII, would you consider Kung Fu Master? Only if you have the music though!

SFII would fit in quite nicely with the way the game works, but I'm running a bit short on time. If there's enough interest I'll investigate making a moddable sequel though.

I have an X-com game that is part RTS, part Turnbased and part something else but I haven't played it in a while, so I might be wrong. Sorry for the confusion, I didn't want to explain the whole game. On another note, How about ski free as a possible game? (Maybe thats too complicated.)

This is an amazing concept, really looking forward to seeing it executed. My mind boggles with the framework required to support such different games all in one!

It's actually not a difficult problem. All I do is implement the gameplay logic for each type and set 'em loose. They then perform an intricate dance to invoke the spirits of awesome.

Mmm... attract screen Game is really nearly done. Should be reading in ~18 hours. Also this isn't quite what the attract screen looks like, but it's impossible to capture the flickering effect in a static image. This is probably what it'd look like if you were squinting. And stoned. And really only just remembering what it looked like. But, like, you totally remember it. You remember it man. You, like, remember.
