Don't let the titles deceive you. They're very weird, unique, and amazing.

Angel Vitamina trailer
, from an Argentinian studio, which has some awesome design and animation.  It's like a mix of Mike Mignola and Michel Gagné.

Thread revival time!
Here are a few animated movies that I've come across recently:

A Hungarian animation from 1986, in which a group of mice try to deal with an oppressive cat crime syndicate.  Rather dark, very clever.  It's better to watch the subbed version, as the English dub was heavily edited upon its release.  The only problem being that there's a song partway through that for some reason didn't get subtitled in this link.

A Swedish animation from 1981, wherein a cat who is born without a tail is spared from death, moves (with his adopted family) to the city, and goes to fit in and live amongst the local cats, in spite of the best efforts of a very long-tailed cat to make his life miserable.  A very charming piece of animation.

The Dragon That Wasn't (Or Was He?)
A Dutch animation from 1983, starring the popular Dutch character Oliver B. Bumble (or Bommel), who hatches and raises what he adamantly insists is not a dragon.  Fairly straightforward, but amusing nonetheless.  It was also most difficult to actually find the English version, for some reason.

Wolf Daddy, really great Korean short about a writer (who is a wolf) who is forced to adopt a little girl and several other creatures:

Adaptation of Tove Jansson's classic picture book 'Who Will Comfort Toffle?':
