Hi all,

"Everything is ruined forever" sounds to me like the title of a James Bond movie, so I decided to create a game called "Agent double 0 in Everything is ruined for ever" Wink

The game is going to be a FPS: an obvious selection for a 007 game Wink

So, I'm using an engine that I never finished and I wanted to rewrite it for a while but I hadn't found a compelling reason until now.

On the other hand, I love old computers so I am going to simulate the game is running in an old PC with a CGA graphics card, limited MIDI capabilities, and no mouse of course, so the game must be playable with keys only (like the great Wolfenstein 3D).

So far I have:

  • 90% of the engine
  • A very simple map.
  • A couple of textures.
  • A simple song for the introduction. Download here

Screenshots so far:

I really want to finish the game, but I'm not sure I'm going to make it on time for the contest, but I'll do my best.

Best regards

Hi Hideous,

Thank you for your comment.

I just realized that the competition ended at 6 PM GMT... like 4 hours ago. And then I remembered why I couldn't participate in the previous one... I usually wake up on sundays at 6 PM GMT Smiley

Anyway I will try to finish the game today, and I understand I'm out of competition, but I'd really like to finish at least one level of the game.

Best regards

JF
