Really enjoyed this, it's a shame there is only one level.

Mouse controls made me very happy, as I'm usually terrible.

I kept trying to press m and looked in the config for a way to turn on audio. Then I realized the joke Tongue

P.P.P.S. Check out how I cleverly fictionalized away the lack of audio so subtly you didn't even notice.  I rock.

HILARIOUS!!  Grin

"pew pew, pew pew"

I like the mute because it reminds me of playing games like this at two in the morning at a slumber party, trying not to wake anyone else up.

When I was young my room was right next door to my parents; I had to mute the TV so they wouldn't catch me up at odd hours of the night. I have gotten busted by mashing my controller too loudly, though. Smiley

Fun stuff, reminds me of playing Aero Star for the Gameboy when I was a wee lad.

This game got a lot easier when I realized you could use the mouse.

It's a fun little game. While the mechanics are nothing I haven't seen before, the graphics are nice and look very authentic. Sounds would have added a lot though (and could have easily been made with SFXR).

That retro filter is absolutely beautiful.  Kiss

Solid shooter, though I had no idea where the collision bounds were on my sprite in the second phase of the boss.
