Aliens Vs. Ghosts!

Description

You play as an alien from mars.
A generic disaster has caused the entire population of Earth to turn into walking spirits.
The aim of the game is to capture / defeat as many of these ghosts as possible.

Your ship is kitted out with two weapon types: anti-ghost lazers, and a "Neutrona Wand" used to beam ghosts to your ship. Capturing ghosts takes a lot more time than shooting them, but gives your ship ectoplasmic powers. But whatever you do, DON'T CROSS THE STREAMS!

There will be a few types of enemy:
Wisp: he just wants a hug. a ship-crippling death-hug, that is.
Ectodude: enjoys to shoot ectoplasmic excrement at unfortunate aliens.
Poltergeist: he is quite the vandal. And a damn good shot too.

There'll probably be a boss too. If i get the time (which i probably won't).

Made in OpenGL for Windows.

Quick prototype of a flying UFO up. I'm quite happy at the motion of the thing, it's reeal smooth. It's also bound to Lua for some reason i haven't come up with yet.

I also can't draw as you can tell.

Update 2: got a collision system up and running. First time i have implemented both spatial hashing and double dispatch, and the results are exciting. also: enemies!
