I admit I spent the last few minutes looking for repeating textures... there are, but well maskered i hope, i'm so damn perfectionist i used three parallax layers mapped differently, so when you find something that you see before it will in a different context (for example different background or different foreground layer, or both!) so they mix in a lot of different forms... And that's why i currently have the 20% of the first level done XD Well, i had very few time, i worked on the game only for three days (my weekend) because i'm in crunch mode in office and i'm lead programmer now, so I work 10 hours everyday on other stuff to meet my deadlines So expect great improvement this weekend, maybe i'll miss the deadline but i want to end this demo, and i'll have an HUGE end level boss, i mean BIG and WALKABLE... and also.. well you will need to find how to beat him and will not that clever |

if you see well, the stone near the sign is the same you can see at the right end in the screen with the skeleton guy, only a bit more wide and with different background, it have also the shadow of the signal over it but that's not part of the background, if you can undestand what i mean  |

i'm doing the first boss (and maybe last due the little time ) right now, the Queen! I hope also to finish the level for tomorrow I'll code *ALL* the gameplay the last two days of the compo, so i hope to have something playable for the deadline, keep your finger crossed  |
