Twilight TV
Description
I'm not sure if I'll have the time to do this, but I really want to.
Twilight TV is what you will sometimes see when you turn on your television alone at a precise time of night and stare at the static until morning.
This will be a game about exploring a dreamlike alien world, moving through an environment that alternately seems as thin and gaseous as air and as heavy and liquid as water, populated by the weirdest creatures.
No death, no goal, just an atmosphere of wonder and terror.

What an amazing description. Can't wait to see a game to go alongside it!

I'm still not quite sure what the player's avatar is going to be in this world of butterfies, jellyfish and chandeliers.

If you manage to make the graphics look at least halfway like the cover image, this is gonna be great. Also, I vouch for a chandelier avatar.

Play the little blue dot, below and a smidgen to the left of the chandelier.

I'm going to be using the fish-themed toy I made at TIGJam as my starting point. I had been working on it a week or two ago to add a submarine avatar to it. Going to replace that with something hopefully much weirder. http://www.roburky.co.uk/etc/FishAreOKAtSwimming.htmlEdit: Ok, weirdo avatar movement is already more fun than the submarine was.

That's pretty cool
however, the stop/start motion of the fish is a little odd. Smoothing out their movements would make it look much more fluid and interesting. Also pretty funny that they swim upside down.

The stop/start motion was intentional. It was meant to be like a darting motion. I liked it, anyway.
They are clearly not the most competent swimmers, though, hence the title of that little toy.

Oh, man, if you make this then I will be playing two games about entering TVs by looking at them at a precise time of night.
The other one is Persona 4. And that's maybe not a perfectly accurate description of it. But you get the idea.

I'm reminded of a certain PSX game. I'm looking forward to this.
