Yep,... one more week to think about how to survive a 3h-competition. Just wonder how you all think to handle this. From scratch? With a framework? With a framework + codebase? Gamemaker/Unity/udk? :D

My plan is to use the jMonkeyEngine + a codebase which let me use blender more or less as a editor for the leveldesign. I will start a 3h-Test today :D Just to see what will happen! Anyone would like to join? :D

3 hours is small time. 1 hour is where the big boys play.

Massive templatey C++ codebase and lots of lots of music.

Here's my cell phone number, by the way. I suggest you add me as a contact in case anything goes wrong (example: arrive at main station, have no clue what to do), you're lost, need backup for a fight, a wingman for a girl/boy target or are shitfaced at night and feel like drunk-calling. It's the same number as last year, veterans don't need to continue reading:

0049 177 677264six (Can you solve the riddle to prove you're human? There might be spam bots crawling for phone numbers.)

Well, we'll all probably sleep late on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (party with open end on Sunday, remember), so I guess 10 AM to noon. Friday will be a running start, I guess we'll be sorta fully assembled between ~15.00 and 18.00. The café is open until at least midnight each day.

Sorry if I'm out of the loop, but what's the word on the hostels now? Mostly, when is who supposed to check in where? I'm probably going to show up at around 10 in the morn (flying is cheaper that early) and will just sit around in the cafe until I see a face I recognize.

My flight will arrive at 07:35 a.m. in Schoenefeld(from Frankfurt/Hahn) and I plan to go directly to the Cafe so I will be around quite early as well.
