Yeah, it seems to be working sometimes, and other times not. I plan to fill the entire folder with pictures with that ugly face Tongue

I use adobe imageready.

Should be simple enough to find tutorials online.

Same here.  No idea about Graphics Gale, but I know there are plenty of freeware .gif makers out there.

Never liked Imageready. I usually do animations in Fireworks.

I use GGale as well. The trial version can't save .gifs though. You could export it to another program though, and save it as an animated gif in that'n...?

What, you don't like having to change layer names manually to change the timing for animation frames? Are you saying you're too good for getting weird artifacts all over your image because of transparency issues, is that what you're saying?

Why, in my day, animated GIFs were called 'flipbooks,' and we drew them on a pad of paper with a pencil, and both the pad and the pencil only cost two cents, but in those days we couldn't afford that, since several families shared an individual penny gleaned from working in the coal mines for sixteen hours a day.

AND WE LIKED IT.

I do flip books. I just don;t wanna scan every
single
page
in when I want to convert it to flash or something. But I might do that when I hand draw a cartoon or something this summer. should be interesting.
