Pigeon Racing: Crap endurance

Description

The idea is that you control a pigeon, your objective: soil as many people as possible. The game will look kind of like a horizontal shooter, with power ups(for your crap and your pigeon), obstacles and hopefully some pretty parallaxing. Some pedestrians will try to defend themselves, so be warned. It would be developed for flash and have some kind of high scores keeping.

We are also developing an educational game for our dissertation paper and a flash puzzle to make a few bucks, so we will be using our little free time to make this (we´re masochist like that) so expect slow but steady progress.

This is a confusing sketch of the game, made at the speed of flowing diarrhea(that is why you see a 'd' in the pigeon), you can see the pigeon (its the little bastard that craps everyone), obstacles(don't hit them), power ups(so you can crap all that pass by), and people.

Haha, I see some other people are making a pigeon game too! Sounds like an enjoyable fast paced arcade game, and I really like the concept art! Good luck, you have some competition!

Some pigeon silhouettes for the title screen, there were supposed to be three but I left my tiny wacom so I don't have a sketch to vectorize.



They're going to be a lot smaller on the title and fly around with some kind of blur or neat pretty effect (and white, they will be white), and some crap is going to soil the title once in a while.

Baby steps progress, I hope we make it in time.
