@ Darkness Knight -- I don't know a whole ton about video formats and what would be the best. avi I guess. I currently am editing them in the camtasia camrec. format. I'm pretty sure that's TSCC AVI.  

@Melly -- Oh nice, I was wondering because I thought it would be cool if the video started with that guy holding the cartridge, and then then the footage started on the cover of the cartridge and then the view zoomed in. Then it ends by zoomin out. lol Doesn't need to happen but it might be cool. If you agree, could you send me layered version of the poster? Or just take out the exploding star and send it

I'd like to request a video play-through of Boombox since it doesn't run on my computer and it sounds awesome and it's super important because the more games I see the fairer my vote is.

Ok I got all the clips besides Mediécross and ATTACCANTE. Mediécross crashes at start-up and ATTACCANTE isn't displaying the font properly.

The avi's were compressed with a mp4 codec since I can't use the one you use because of licensing. If Camtasia complains about mixes these with the other videos, You can open each video and re-compress them into your codec.

interlinkage tip:

you can add a clickable link to the 10 min video just like i did with the 235 indie games in 10 minutes video.
here's how:

youtube
edit annotations
click on the plus
choose the add spotlight (beside the pause button)
drag and drop the thing to the bottom
type in name of game
adjust the screentime of each clip
add the url of the 5 min video
repeat until all videos are interlinked
press save and then the publish button
done

furthermore if you want to convert a video into another format you could use this free program.

Nice linkage there. I already know most of the stuff there but it's nice having all the links in one place so I don't have to go googling for them when people ask for help. Would you mind if I point people there if they ask me about screen recording?

I don't know if this applies to Snagit 10 but in 9, since I don't have the Techsmith codec (must be a camtasia user), the Camstudio Lossless Codec works quite well with it too.

I think Pocketninja was going to mix audio from the games that have the best music so the youtube community is just going to see the empty screen and not hear the music of the clip you provided.

Correct, I am not going to be using each games audio. I don't know if you meant for that clip to be just blank? If not you can throw a fixed one my way and I will use it. ANYONE who wants a custom clip can make one and I will use it! (8-9 seconds long)

The clip is not bugged or anything. It is what you see when you start the game up before the gameplay happens. Did you get the video clip pack I posted here?

Oh, yes I did! And thanks so much for the help!  

They gave me a bit of an issue, but I did what you said and they work fine now!

Edit: Now I just need:

- ATTACANTE
- Mediécross
- And the poster  

I would like to complete this before friday/friday morning because I leave to the cottage and will be without internet until the 27th. If it somehow is not completed until then, I hope you guys aren't to disappointed  . Cheers
