Is it OK to have my game in multiple SWF files or do game sites prefer games in 1 file?

Some sites/sponsors prefer the games in one file, but I know that some (Kongregate for example) allow you to upload files with the game as well.

Thanks. This problem was caused by preloading. I couldn't find a pure AS tutorial for making a preloader while having everything in one file. Most tutorials were for Flash (don't have it) or didn't work.
