The poll will end one day prior to the deadline, and even then the deadline isn't so strict that you can't put your game as completed a few hours afterwards. What are we, nazis?  And I prefer it this way so people don't know until the end. That way they don't slack off because they think there's probably going to be an extension. SO GET BACK TO WORK.  |

I usually take profit of the last sunday of the competition to finish my game in crush-time mode, so I wouldn't mind it to last, as least, until sunday night I know I haven't been posting about my progress lately on my own contribution, but this time I'm kind of happy of the gameplay I managed to create (even if I made a shameless remake of 'Metrocross') So YES, an extra week would be really cool (especially as I'm pretty busy at the office during the week, so saturday & sunday are usually my most precious schedule for tig compos)  |

You should add a number of days proportional to the ratio of people who voted "yes" to the total number of people that voted "yes" or "no." Essentially,
number_of_days_added = round(7 * (voted_yes / (voted_yes + voted_no)))

The maximum number of days that equation could return would be 7. Unless, of course, no one votes at all, and then it would yield the indeterminate form 0/0. |

I could do with an extension, mainly for polishing and maybe adding a nice intro.
I'm away on the current deadline which will make for some nasty VNC based fiddling to get a Windows version built.
