to potential lurking montrealers:
ill be at the monthly IGDA meeting tonight at the SAT.
IGDA is having a pecha-kucha-style mini-conference. 22 presenters, everybody only has 6 minutes. and im dead last presenting! and jason della rocca asked me to do it, and i dont really have anything to say, so its prolly just gonna be me, at the end, drunk (beer tickets!) ranting about i-dont-know-what-yet with fez footage playing in the back!

Ottawa is 'regrouping' according to the website, the dude who is in charge of getting back on track is pretty busy, he told me he didn't have the time to hunt people down for content at the meetings, Myself and Chizzer offered to help him with that, but I don't know what is goin' on yet.
If you wanna do a TIGsource Ottawa crew get together that would be cool.

I sent an email to the "head" of the local chapter, and haven't heard anything back yet.

Keep me posted. Ottawa is pretty big in the tech sector but when it comes to video games I never hear anything. What do these get-togethers entail exactly?
