I am selling my game via Impulse.
I know that lately they had problems. Ever since they had those problems I didn't get a reply from them. Mostly from Matthew, but also from their developers support(although I contacted them only recently).
Do any of you who are selling via Impulse noticed any changes lately? Or am I just impatient?

I have a game on Impulse and communication with them has never been a problem. But then I haven't had t talk with them for about 6 months...

I didn't have any problem contacting them as well. It's only very recently that this happened.

I had the same problem recently, but I found out that the communication problem was because Matthew is no longer at Stardock/Impulse.
