Thanks, man. Took me forever to relax after that (some red tea helped, though). I just don't get what makes my folks so anxious all the time, but it drives me nuts. I just graduated college, so I'm looking for work and then finding a place of my own ASAP. Speaking of which, anybody need a digital comic artist?

How come you always get rejected from PAX? Do they give you a legitimate reason? Well my theory is that the guys they have employed to test the entries are very casual gamer's and can't understand or enjoy a game which is complex to play. My game is like a Valve game, it has a server-browser/matchmaker, it's for online multiplayer fun and doesn't follow a singleplayer story - just like TF2, CS or L4D etc. The only feedback I've got from PAX people so far is that they 'didn't understand what the story was' and other comments that show they clearly missed the point I doubt any of the people testing games for all these exhibits have ever enjoyed a game of counter-strike or dota or CoD or whatever, so I don't really know how I can make them enjoy mine when you kinda need to be that type of gamer to begin with :S |

So I guess new headphones have this thing where different instruments will play in different parts of the ear and it's supposed to be like you're actually there and I absolutely hate it. I always feel like the melody of a song is being blasted into my left ear.
