I was there. It was good. I made a platformer using an in-browser JavaScript IDE. Also, I have a facedealy.

I had an awesome time and look forward to the next jam or mini-jam.

Was there.  I was the guy with two beards.  Good times!

Just registered here, because this community appears to be awesome.

I built this vision algorithm prototype at the jam: http://goombas.org/binary/shadows.swf
And before the jam, I'd just finished this half-game-half-existential-joke: http://goombas.org/fullview.php?id=1312

I was there. Everyone was incredibly friendly and sociable. I was one of the music guys and I spent most of my time wandering about and admiring everyone else's projects. Feel free to hit me up on facebook.  Gentleman

As a local, I would be interested in another mini-jam, rodarmor. Let's make it happen!

Yeah, I'd love to do this sort of event on a more regular basis, though somewhere BART-accessible would be better for me.

Wow, that's awefulsom.

Hahah, that is classy :D

Edit: actually, I'm curious.  Were you deliberately clustering colors together?  I just started a game to see if that happens naturally, and it happened more than I expected, but less than in that image.  But it could be that your playstyle just naturally clusters colors more than mine.

I was indeed deliberately and entirely consciously clustering colors because I'm weird like that. It was quite relaxing. It was harder to do when I got high though 'cause I was more worried about making it square than I was about making them match, and the bottom's kind of messy too because the idea didn't occur to me until later.

this is where I stopped playing, btw. That's as many right angles as I could manage (ignoring the fact that every single block is right angles). I'm told there's an end, I'll find it tomorrow, maybe with less ocd involved.

Yeah, I wanted to say Hi before I left, but you were busy chatting with Derek and Andy, and I didn't want to interrupt. Maybe next time. Smiley
