I am so proud of this, I never done anything like this before and I like how it turned out.

He is looking down, and those yellow things in his eyes are his eye lids. If it was not clear.

Also, this is the cultist sprite in-game.

He's kind of short. You're lighting is also a little big inconsistent, there should be some shadow beneath his arm not holding the staff, as well as across his shoulder on his right. Why does the black outline stop before the end of his cloak?

The ingame sprite is very nice, though.

Yea, it's not clear. He is not short, it's just I sort of have cut the image in the middle. That is why there is no outline at the bottom.
His spear is also cut down.

I really like this. The face has a really cool shape to it that really works nicely.

The main thing I would do is shift around the hues on your colours, especially on the skin tone. It's all on the same shade of red, which looks makes the lighting look rather artificial.

For instance:

I had the darker colors shift towards red, which suggests some radiosity from the robes. You see what I mean?

Yes, I see. Thanks. Smiley
Well, it also depends on the lighting setup. if he was outside, I should have made the shadow a bit blue from the atmosphere?

That's pretty good! IMO it looks a bit flat though, perhaps if you used a few more shades of red on the clothing?

Maybe. Depends on the lighting outdoors. Either way you'd want the hues to shift towards blue/purple so it works out. I'm assuming a single light source indoors, since that seems like a nice spooky cultist setup, so the shadows would be redder from the indirect light bouncing off of his cloak.
