As for Romp's infrastructure, only two things I'd change is letting players know how to use the weapon editor, and doubling movement speed/tripling shot speed.

Yeah, I think doing it slow probably would've helped immensely.  Taking a few days here and there, rather than a whole great big bulk all at once, would've reduced my gradual hatred of the thing as the days went on.
"Ugh, this again..  plod, plod plod.."
