This guy is has a very important role in the game. Hopefully he looks like an old evil cultist man, and not like an old woman in a traditional marocain robe.
He has a dead eye, inspired by my dog's dead eye, heh.

The lips stand out too much and he doesn't have enough wrinkles.

It's creepy enough to remind me of Emperor Palpatine, and that is a rare occurance.
The lips do stand out a bit. The most other I can say is to work on the robe's wrinkles a bit.  Hand Thumbs Up Left

You've made a few threads about this game so far, maybe you should start a devlog to consolidate all your work?

It does kinda look like a woman.  Perhaps a stronger jawline/bigger chin?

Too big for me, pixel art works well in tiny portions.

Pixel-art-notwithstanding, there are some rather significant technical issues.  Anatomy is one of them, but to give you a single thing to hack on, try looking into modelling cloth folds.  Go on google, do a search for "monk cowl", and you'll probably find some excellent results that can help you.  Study how it folds!

Here's an example:

See - those aren't just round balls - they've got a very distinct shape to them.

et cetera:

looks good, darker shadow colour with a more pale green or blue skin tone might look a bit more sinister though. Also the blue iris might look more evil if it was very pale, the eyes are the window to the soul and can reflect good or bad traits easily. If you notice good charcters in disney films have big doe eyes that look over sized like a baby, which makes us think of them as innocent (look at snow white compaired to the evil queen). Other than those minor cosmetic hue changes I think you have an interesting looking character here! Smiley

His skin seems a bit too youthful. He could do with more wrinkles, but also grayer skin. You may also want to add some liver spots or something as well.

Also, very little detail on his neck. Some wrinkly jowls might help.

His face looks too round for my taste. Maybe give him some more pointy features.

You could also make the colors more darker to give a more sinister feel.

Finally, the lips. It kinda looks off.

Goodluck with your game. CHeer!

Why not pixelate the great examples posted by Jetrel and work from that basis?
It's not stealing. It's recontextualizing.
