Hi all. I'm working on designs for the bankers in my game "Greedy Bankers", which I'm making for iPhone/iPad. I plan to post up the different drawings of the bankers that I come up with, and would be very grateful to hear your feedback. The characters will pop up in various roles during the game, giving help and advice, acting as a "buddy" for the player, announcing the scores, and giving a bit of topical context to the game (which is a puzzler about smashing gems to make money). Any thoughts you have on the designs or the drawings would be fantastic Here's one I drew today. I'll post up more designs as I draw them. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and really appreciate it

Switch the drink to a cigar, make him fatter, and have money popping out of the briefcase.
That's really all I got. Right now, he looks more like a fashionable man than a greedy banker, but that's just my opinion.

Make his clothes greens, coppers, greys/silvers etc. (like the color of money). The purple makes him look like he's a 70's pimp.

Another design sketch I did, this time in biro on lined paper. There's supposed to be money flying out of the suitcase as he runs.

Another concept drawing, this time taking a little inspiration from the Mad Men intro. Changed the suit colours and tried a new pose. Gave him a cigar and some banknotes. Does he look much like a banker yet? Next one I do I'll probably expand his waist a little!

I think you should round out some of the features, even if it is a design choice - "greed" is usually shown by a certain... plumpness, this being the same for most media representations of characters with that characteristic.
A prime example - The Penguin.

I dug up this image with a quick search, which I think represents the stereotypical greedy banker. I think a Monopoly-Man moustache would be a nice additional touch.

Good point about the plumpness, AndroidScholar1 - I'll try drawing a more rotund banker next. Also, I love the image, Soulliard. Some really useful points of reference there.

In addition to the whole plumpness thing, I associate greed with snobbishness. I'd go more for smug grin/smirk than friendly smile. Make his facial expression say "I'm better than you."

I've done another drawing today, this time a fat CEO. Does this look more like a greedy banker? I really love the snobbery angle Kevin suggested, so I'll give that a try next

Another greedy banker drawing. This one's giving a sharp kick up the backside to a well-known property mogul

Another picture. This time he's getting robbed by one of the sneaky robbers, who also appear in the game

Love the designs!
If your game is about greedy bankers, I feel it should contain something related to dubious financial instruments.
