For restarting this or for future versions, I suggest a one to two day timeout after which participants are moved to the end of the queue. Also, after a person completes their page, they could get access to all pages. This would minimize inevitable frustration and loss of interest due to slow or failed nodes this token ring network of artists.

Good idea, Zaphos. One to two days is probably too short, but two to three days would probably be right on the mark.
Just to clarify, Terry (and Annabelle, if you're reading,) I'm not being bitchy about it. It just makes sense to keep things moving, because Annabelle is clearly too busy at the minute to be the first artist in the queue.
