Update- Added bushes(which you can cut down)
- Added various particle effects(including one for cutting down bushes)
- Added more transitions
- A spell icon will darken when you don't have the MP for it.
- Did a lot of spriting. SUPA SECRET!!
- Some rebalancing of combat
- Added a transition effect when going between levels
- Made textboxes. Still working on the look.
- Did some character designing for some Pocket Village NPCs
- Sketched out a rough diagram for the game's storyline(first pass)
- Sketched out the world map(first pass)
- Made some designs for a new system that will further deepen/intensify the combat
- Started thinking about changing the name for the game.
- Sketched a schematic for an in-game level editor & scripted event system.
- Thought about some fun easter eggs to implement. I guarantee you there will be some from Cave Story.(indie cred++?)
- Made it so spells can be cast from the inventory menu. Good for spells which you don't want to use frequently.
- Made it so credits(aka rupees lol) that are close to you will absorb into you automatically when you are guarding.
- I feel like there was more but I'll leave this here for now.
Pretty good for roughly a week's time. Most of that was done between last night and today. Maybe I should disconnect my internet more often?
