Downloadin.
This had better be as epic as I think, or else you've sold out.

Make sure you extracted the files from the zip file.

Edit: Actually, it looks like you did, but the error you got suggests that one of the dll files that should be in the same folder as the game isn't.

"The program can't start because zlib1.dll is missing from your computer."
I'm running 64-bit Windows 7, if that's relevant.

Edit: I downloaded the .dll file and placed it in the game directory, and it worked. That has got to be the most epic adventure I have ever played.

I've got libfreetype-6, libogg-0, SDL, and SDL_ttf. Where do I find zlib1?

The internet. I didn't include it because I didn't need it to run the game on my computer since I already have it, but it looks like a lot of people don't, so I'll add it if I can.

But that doesn't sound like the source of your error. I'll see if it happens with anyone else.

Edit: Done. zlib1 is now included.

I'm not sure where i was for the last couple of hours.
The last thing i can remember is somekind of David Lynch movie Scene and a sunflower.

But i don't really think this is a very good game though, it's nothing, not even interesting nothing... well it's not nothing, i just saw a sunflower and heard a irritating sine tune rape my ears.

You can do better.
Maybe let him tell a story about his 5 daughters or something. I'm not saying i know his daughters...

Brilliant! I love the character development.

I couldn't get the windows version loaded (the aforementioned .dll), but since I have python I got the linux version to work fine. Oh and I looked over the code. I can't see any obvious programming faux-pas Wink

Wonderfully imaginative and beautifully executed. The breaking of the fourth wall by having the player go on a treasure hunt for zlib.dll was a very creative idea, and the game itself is just as well-made as the original comics. I didn't expect the twist ending - it was truly tear-jerking. Cry

4 chuckles out of 5. When are you going to return to doing TIGSource's most beloved comic?

Ooh, you're right. I don't know how zlib didn't get in there. Should be fixed now. You might have to clear your cache.
