Yeah. Just open up another layer, draw a few sets of black, copy paste, set opacity to 30%.

Well, it's a waste of time when you can just do what Sandoval said. By manually, I mean individually placing each line with the line tool, because I do not see why he would paste a WIP version otherwise. linew tool

That's what I'd call manually. Even in paint you can keep a masked set off to the side and just overlay them to test the appearance before making changes..

well, yeah, semantics. i was just clearing up what i meant.
anyway, i've been looking at it more and i dont think there's enough wrist for the transition between arms and hands plus i think the thumb is a tad bit too long and could use some curvature. Also the way the bottom of the crotch is just so flat is bugging me. also, it seems like there's little detail for the sides of his torso compared to his legs.

and the start of some totally cool scanlines: It's fun watching the progress on this. As for the face, maybe blocking in some shadows to the eye sockets and cheekbones etc might help unify it with the rest of the body a bit better?

There isn't, but there's also not much going on in terms of musculature there either. It's mostly just big flat muscles. I'll work on the wrists and hands though, they are giving me trouble. And yes, those scanlines were all done by manually, line by line.

hope you dont mind that took five seconds in graphics gale! -change brush to scanline -make new layer with white as transparent -set 1st color to black, 2nd to white -use rectangle tool to just fill the layer with a block of b&w scanlines c: it looks wonderful good work. I love the little glovey hands lol I approve <3

I did it myself because I was not thinking about layers before >.> hands aren't supposed to look like gloves but honestly I only have so many pixels and hands look weird without skin, so deal wit it I don't know if I'll ever get to the cybernetics part after putting in so much effort just making the body, but we'll see.

Good job on that, Ninja Disguise. The text/labels is/are quite hard to read, though. Especially with the scanelines.
