I'm kinda looking for a programmer, but I don't really know where to look.

I'm kinda looking for a programmer, but I don't really know where to look. If you can wait next month so I can finish my current prototype I can try to make a Castlevania inspired game with it.

I'm kinda looking for a programmer, but I don't really know where to look. Wait? That's your issue? I stopped checking the "Collaborations" section due to all the "we will make the most awesome game ever, I just need a whole team and have done no work yet" posts. And the very few request for software engineers like myself. Your Zelda 1 "remastered" is also really nice.

See, that's bad advice because if you learn gml then you yourself will become a programmer, which will mean you'll need to avoid YOURSELF like the plague.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I made these sprites to relax and practice art and brainstorm game design while I worked on my own project The Moon Fields. Check it out in my profile or follow me on Twitter @LUNARSIGNALS. I have a pinned post for it.
I'm still open to finding a programmer to make a Zelda 2 style game with a level editors. I really think Mario Maker with swords is a great concept.

Made a small tribute to"The Mighty Grand Piton" (which is definitely worth a watch!). I intended this scene to look like a cutscene within a game

Old pixel art from my 2nd game Monkey Munch. It was not a good game.

BBreakfast - Great job the sun shining through the mountain is really cool (almost rain like) and those crunchy soft 4-color-trees & mountainsides are magical and immersive. I do feel like the brick could be blacked out with hard shadows to counter the sun’s brightness.
