Hello Tigsource...I stumbled upon your forum from squidoo.com. I was hoping to get some feedback and hopefully find a programmer for a new project our company is developing. I apologize if this project isn't "in line" with tigsource.com's talent pool, however I think this job opportunity is relevant.
In short, we are developing a website comprised of a java / flash (the platform is still up in the air) game which will be used to provide an educational service to consumers in our industry. The right developer will join our team to bring our vision to life. Ideally, they can help us with web design and the "back end", also. For your reference, the right person would be able to create a flash app with similar complexity as this :
