I have installed CEMU (wii u emulator) on my computure becaue the wii U sold out where I am  and HOLY FRAKKING SH*T! IT RUN HAS GREAT AS MY WII EMULATOR! well comparable to most demanding wii games. I only tried xenoblade x on wii U (betwee, 10 and 30fps, it's playable, and my slow hard drive is a biggest bottleneck (spike when loading or caching shader compilation) so I can't compare everything) run as good as the last story (I own both game game as game disk). That said wii basically run almost native, I can have 16x internal resolution downsampled to 1080p on sonic colors and it has no impact! CPU is the bottleneck on wii game, gpu has no impact anymore, I can crank all gpu knob up to 11 without no discernable impact on peformance. CPU is intel pentium 3825U |

I would say emulation improvement has been epic in the recent years, at least in the gpu department, My puny laptop can run a demanding wiiU game ... It doesn't run darksiders 2 at full hd, starting chugging with AO enable
